Dear The Adventure Challenge,

I recently applied for your Product Designer position on LinkedIn, and I wanted to introduce myself and share a little bit of why I have applied. I’m very interested in becoming one of your team members. I just moved to Redding from the Midwest two months ago. When I was living in Iowa, probably close to a year ago, I listened to the episode of The Connected Life Podcast with Justin and Abi Stumvoll in which Bryant and Ben were guest speakers. That was the first I had heard of The Adventure Challenge as a company, all the way over in Iowa. I felt that this was a company I would love to work with. I love your fun, adventurous, risk-taking, creative, emotionally aware, and unconventional culture. Most of all, I love that you are a company about relationships and building deeper connections with others and with ourselves. 

I’ve been working for advertising agencies for the last six years, with experience in an array of creative work from campaign design across all mediums, to videography and video editing. I have been wanting to focus more on working with a single brand that I can share values with, and I believe that I would be a great fit for your Product Designer position! I have years of design experience in my career, and also merchandise design experience as a freelancer. I do great in a high energy atmosphere with plenty of humor, fun and adventure, and I highly enjoy working with a creative team and collaborating on ideas. I also share your value for building deeper relationship connections, and this is a huge reason why I am excited to pursue working with you! It would be such an honor to contribute as a designer to growing The Adventure Challenge.
